Danie du Preez Danie qualified as a Level 4 Provincial Tour guide after training with KZN Tourism and with Anthony Coleman and Evan Jones of Heritage Training Centre. Karen Duval has an unbelievable love for South Africa, and was born in the Cape. Since a child she has grabbed every opportunity to explore the countryside. While specializing in nature, she has a good knowledge of the country's historical and cultural side.

Ken Gillings is a retired military man and has conducted tours around the battlefields of KwaZulu-Natal for over 30 years. He conducts tours of an elementary or technical nature to the scene of all actions in KwaZulu-Natal. He has undertaken extensive research into South African Battlefields, especially those of KwaZulu-Natal and has written numerous articles and books on the subject. Ken chaired the Anglo-Boer War Centenary Committee in KwaZulu-Natal. He is also registered for the Kruger National Park and all KwaZulu Natal Parks as well as being a registered Culture Guide for KwaZulu-Natal. He has studied the history, heritage and traditions of the ‘Land of Heaven’ since his school days and has spent a great deal of time exploring the rural areas of KwaZulu-Natal, which he knows intimately. Paul Garner is a guide with over 20 years experience leading tours in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana, including expiditions in search of the Lost City of the Kalahari. These tours go under the unlikely names of The Lost Trails of Zululand and The Sounds of Beethoven in the Bush. He has an abiding passion for Africa, its history, fauna and flora, with a special interest in Birding, Battlefields and Rock Art. He is an Honorary officer of KZN Wildlife, an active member of The Wildlife and Environmental Society, The Endangered Wildlife Trust, Birdlife South Africa and the South African Archaeological Society. He is also a lay minister in his local church.

Rex Duke Has spent his life living in Zululand and has followed in the footsteps of his father Fred Duke , conducting guided tours to the eMakhosini ( Valley of the Zulu Kings) , the Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park (30km away) and the Anglo Zulu War of 1879, in which he specialises. Based at the uMuzi Bushcamp in the grounds of the Ondini Cultural Museum in Ulundi he is conveniently situated for tours of the Zulu Kingdom.

Rohan Botha - Nature Guide in training at Bushbabies
Shane Spargo is a Provincial Tour guide who has lived in Ladysmith for the past 48 years and has travelled extensively throughout South Africa.
As a member of the South African Defence Force during the S.W.A.and Angolan conflicts he developed a passion for S.A.Military history which then expanded to include the Zulu, Anglo Zulu and Anglo Boer Wars. He leads tours throughout Natal and the Drakensberg and offers the unique service of leading motor cycle groups in these areas.
Shane is involved in the photographing and documenting of military graves, monuments and historical sites throughout S.A.
