Milne, Rob

Rob Milne

Rob Milne is a South African Registered Tourist Guide specialising in Battlefields, Geology, Archaeology and ancient rock engravings with a keen interest in both South African Wars, archaeology and geology.

Rob has published two editions of his book “Anecdotes of the Anglo-Boer War” both locally and internationally and is currently completing the third edition. New stories are continually being unearthed through Rob’s relentless ferreting around kopjies, villages, and interviewing interesting people. In 2022 Rob joined African Hills Lodge, where he is Senior Cultural Guide and Curator of the Plumari Museum, situated in the Plumari Nature Reserve in the Magaliesberg.
